Ordering

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to shop our store. If you incur any problem at all, please feel free to call us to tell us what happened. You can call us toll free at: 800-214-9474

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Sometimes we offer sales and promotions. Each sale or promotion will have the instructions needed to receive the special pricing or discount. Just follow the directions with the sale or promotion. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover for payment.

  • Viewing Orders

    It is easy to view your order's progress. Just sign into your account.

  • Updating Account Information

    All account information is available in your account. Just sign-in to your account at the top or bottom of every page.

  • Sales Tax

    The sales tax charged depends on where your order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

  • Undelivered Packages

    We are not able to reship packages that are returned to use by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.

  • Shipping Time

    Our goal is to process and ship your order within 7 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Returns & Replacements

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
